April, 2013 - Croix Connect CEO Brian Roberts started a Key Executive Group through Vistage. Roberts already has a CEO level group, which has been in place since February, 2010. With the Key Executive Group, he now also helps up and coming leaders broaden and deepen their skill sets, enabling them to take on more responsibility in the organization and in some cases, set them up as a successor.
