July, 2010 - Croix Connect’s teaming partner and prime contractor, Vinculum Solutions, Inc. (VSI), was awarded an IDIQ contract with the Navy’s Seaport-Enhanced (Seaport-e) program. Seaport-e is a $5.3 billion multiple-award umbrella contract that let the US Navy and Marine Corps use an integrated approach to contracting for support services. VSI selected Croix Connect as a teaming partner based on their expertise in data warehouse design and implementation, system architecture, software development, and business intelligence.

December, 2009 - Croix Connect coordinated and project managed the vendor selection process as part of a data warehouse architecture refresh engagement for their client, who developed and operates the Internet's largest user-created, 3D virtual world community.

August, 2009 - Croix Connect was named to the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America, based on growth from 2004 to 2008.  Croix Connect made the Inc. 500 list in 2006 and the Inc. 5000 in 2007.  CEO Brian Roberts credits his team of incredible people for reaching this milestone again.

May, 2009 - Croix Connect is now an authorized reseller of Vertica Systems, a market innovator for high-performance analytic database management systems that run on industry-standard hardware. Co-founded by database pioneer Dr. Michael Stonebraker, Vertica has developed grid-based, column-oriented analytic database technology that lets companies of any size store and query very large databases orders of magnitude faster and more affordably than other solutions. The Vertica Analytic Database’s speed, scalability, flexibility and ease of use helps customers like JP Morgan Chase, Verizon, Comcast, Level 3 Communications and Vonage capitalize on business opportunities in real time.

April, 2009 - Croix Connect enhanced a system they previously built for one of the nation’s largest providers of video, digital voice, and data services.  The additional capability of managing and tracking consumption based billing for Internet services has been added to the original real time platform.

March, 2009 - Croix Connect has now partnered with Netezza, a fast growing company in the data analytics arena.  Netezza is an appliance that provides a database-server-storage configuration in a purpose-built system designed to perform complex queries against large volumes of stored data. Netezza data warehouse appliances are designed for blisteringly fast analysis against terabytes of data 10-100 times faster than traditional solutions, with a lower TCO and greater ease of use.

January, 2009 - Croix Connect implemented a data warehouse for one of the nation’s largest providers of video, digital voice, and data services.  This data warehouse will initially be utilized for the provider’s digital voice services.  Features will include data aggregation, analytic processing, archival storage, optimized data marts, replicated data marts, and integration of non-production data.

December, 2008 - Croix Connect implemented a real time, data collection platform for the nation's leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services.   This solution will provide information to the service provider's operations and customer service personnel to better serve their customers, while at the same time provide the ability to roll out new services more quickly and efficiently.
