April, 2013 - Croix Connect CEO Brian Roberts started a Key Executive Group through Vistage.  Roberts already has a CEO level group, which has been in place since February, 2010.  With the Key Executive Group, he now also helps up and coming leaders broaden and deepen their skill sets, enabling them to take on more responsibility in the organization and in some cases, set them up as a successor.  "CEO's common complaint is that their people aren't stepping up.  Part of the reason is they require skills they currently don't have, or peers to discuss ideas, approaches, and potential solutions.  Vistage peer groups and speaker workshops solve both of those challenges."

June, 2012 - Croix Connect now focuses primarily on executive level services for their commercial clients. Services include CEO Peer Groups via Vistage, Interim Executives, Management Consulting, Executive Leadership Development, and Organizational Development. For Government clients, in addition to benefitting from these service offerings, Croix Connect will continue to provide technology engineering, operations, and project management services as they have since 2001.

August, 2011 – The CEO of a managed service provider, desiring to take his company to the next level, selected Croix Connect to provide an analysis of the company, including sales, operations, and the back office. One of the deliverables included the creation of more than 250 controls to validate the successful implementation of each policy. The Croix expert delivered results in six weeks.
